Introducing HeyGov!

4.14.10 ISC is excited to announce the Beta release of HeyGov!. HeyGov! is an open government transparency solution for citizens and government to communicate on non-emergency requests for services. Citizens can use their local governments HeyGov! application to request non-emergency services like pothole repair or graffiti removal in an engaging mapping application on the desktop or their Smartphone.

The service requests are exposed through an API based on Open 311 standards that can be integrating with a government’s existing CRM system. For governments with no CRM system, HeyGov! provides an optional online CRM system for a low monthly cost.

HeyGov!'s first subscriber, the City of Miami, integrates HeyGov! into their existing Motorola 311 system.

HeyGov! is based on Mircosoft’s newest technology including Windows Azure, Dynamics CRM Online, Bing Maps and Silverlight.
