What is the HeyGov! Code Enforcement Module?

The Code Enforcement Module allows your citizens to report code enforcement violations through an interactive map on the web or a mobile device.  The Code Enforcement module can interface with an on-premises CRM or utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM if you don't currently have a good way to manage your incoming requests.

What's included in the Code Enforcement Module?

The HeyGov! Code Enforcement Module includes a rich, interactive web-based mapping application for code enforcement violation intake, visualization and analysis. This visualization and analysis tool provides complete transparency into your organization’s code enforcement data. It also serves as a tool that can be used by the public to check the status of a service request or by your internal staff and elected officials to get a bird’s eye view of what’s occurring in the community.

Violation reporting through the Web

HeyGov! supports code violiolation reporting through the web-based map and makes it easy for any citizens to submit a request. It is as easy as ‘Drag and Drop’. Your organization gets to define which service requests can be taken via the web and mobile apps.
